All Victorian government primary schools follow the statewide Foundation (Prep) enrolment timeline. The timeline advises families when and how to enrol their child at a Victorian government primary school.

Our School Zone
Our school zone is available on Find my school which hosts the most up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria.
Students residing within our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school. Your school zone is determined based on your permanent residential address.
Our school manages enrolments using the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their local school. Students may enrol at another school if there are available places

Year 1 – Year 6 Enrolments

STEP TWO
Please download the Enrolment Form Year 1- Year 6 or a hard copy can be obtained from the school office. All documentation listed on the first page titled Enrolment Checklist must be printed and provided at the time of submitting the enrolment form* to Davis Creek Primary School.
Students are able to apply for a place at a school that is not their designated neighbourhood school. Please complete the ‘Expression of Interest Application to enrol in a Victorian government school’ form. All applications will be considered as per the Department of Education placement policy. Please read the placement policy. The outcome of the application will be communicated to families as per the Department of Education guidelines. ‘Expression of interest application to enrol in a Victorian government school’ form Year 1- Year 6.
*If your child has the following medical, the below Action Plans must be printed in COLOUR and attached with the enrolment form.

STEP THREE
ALL ENROLMENT FORMS MUST BE HANDED INTO THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION IS PHOTOCOPIED FOR EACH ENROLMENT FORM.
We do not accept electronic copies. Enrolment forms can be submitted to the administration office, Monday to Friday between 10.00am – 2.00pm. Once enrolment forms have been accepted, an interview with the Principal or Assistant Principals will be arranged.

We warmly invite prospective families to attend a school tour at Davis Creek Primary School. Our tours provide a valuable opportunity to explore our learning spaces, meet members of our leadership team, and gain insight into our teaching and learning programs.
During the tour, you will see our classrooms in action, learn about our approach to student wellbeing and academic growth, and discover the vibrant community that makes our school a great place to learn. There will also be time to ask questions and discuss the enrolment process.
