2025 Foundation (Prep) enrolments
The Department of Education (DoE) has a state-wide Foundation (Prep) enrolment timeline.
The timeline advises families when and how to enrol their child into Foundation (Prep) at a Victorian government primary school, including Davis Creek Primary School. You can find information and resources about the enrolment timeline and procedures at: Enrolling in Foundation (Prep)
If your child is starting Foundation (Prep) in 2025, you will be able to apply to enrol your child in a Victorian government primary school from the start of Term 2, 2024 (Monday 15 April 2024).

Please download the Enrolment Form, all documentation listed on the first page titled Enrolment Checklist must be provided at the time of submitting the enrolment form* to Davis Creek Primary School.
*If your child has the following medical, the below Action Plans must be printed in COLOUR and attached with the enrolmet form.

STEP THREE
ALL ENROLMENT FORMS MUST BE HANDED INTO THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION IS PHOTOCOPIED FOR EACH ENROLMENT FORM.
We do not accept electronic copies. Enrolment forms can be submitted to the administration office, Monday to Friday between 10.00am – 2.00pm. Once enrolment forms have been accepted, an interview with the Principal or Assistant Principals will be arranged.

School Tours of Davis Creek Primary School commence at 9:10am. Bookings are essential, please click on the following date below to book in your attendance.

If you are unable to attend a school tour once you have made a booking, please email the school at davis.creek.ps@education.vic.gov.au to cancel your attendance.
