Foundation (Prep) enrolments
The Department of Education (DoE) has a state-wide Foundation (Prep) enrolment timeline.
The timeline advises families when and how to enrol their child into Foundation (Prep) at a Victorian government primary school, including Davis Creek Primary School. You can find information and resources about the enrolment timeline and procedures at: Enrolling in Foundation (Prep)
If your child is starting Foundation (Prep) in 2026, you will be able to apply to enrol your child in a Victorian government primary school from the start of Term 2, 2025 (Tuesday 22 April 2025).
Please download the enrolment forms or a hard copy can be obtained from the school office. All documentation listed on the first page titled Enrolment Checklist must be printed and provided at the time of submitting the enrolment form* to Davis Creek Primary School.

Students are able to apply for a place at a school that is not their designated neighbourhood school. Please complete the ‘Expression of interest application to enrol in a Victorian government school’ form. All applications will be considered as per the Department of Education placement policy. Please read the placement policy. The outcome of the application will be communicated to families as per the Department of Education guidelines.

STEP TWO
Please download the Enrolment Form Year 1- Year 6 or a hard copy can be obtained from the school office. All documentation listed on the first page titled Enrolment Checklist must be printed and provided at the time of submitting the enrolment form* to Davis Creek Primary School.

*If your child has the following medical, the below Action Plans must be printed in COLOUR and attached with the enrolment form.

STEP THREE
ALL ENROLMENT FORMS MUST BE HANDED INTO THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION IS PHOTOCOPIED FOR EACH ENROLMENT FORM.
We do not accept electronic copies. Enrolment forms can be submitted to the administration office, Monday to Friday between 10.00am – 2.00pm. Once enrolment forms have been accepted, an interview with the Principal or Assistant Principals will be arranged.
